Offer requests are not a contract
Submitting the form, calling us, or receiving an offer does not obligate you to sell and does not obligate us to buy. An offer is an invitation to discuss a possible purchase. A sale happens only if both sides sign a written purchase agreement and close under South Carolina law.
We aim to follow up within 48 hours, but that is a goal, not a guarantee. Offers can change if we learn new facts about title, access, taxes, acreage, or the condition of the land.
